* Support customer needs by offering tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer support and client satisfaction
* Assist in processing transactions, including cash handling when necessary, maintaining accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall client communication strategies
* Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation that support sales activities
