Account Executive - Debt Specialist (Remote)
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal\-driven **Debt Relief Sales Specialist** to join our remote team. This role involves a high volume of outbound client engagement, following up on information requests and ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our clients. This position offers unmatched earning potential with additional rewards through quarterly and annual performance bonuses **OTE $85K\-250K\+**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls daily to follow up with clients, provide updates, and guide them through the debt relief process.
* Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and ensuring clarity at every step of the journey.
* Use CRM tools to manage client records, track interactions, and ensure timely follow\-ups.
* Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client experiences and ensure a smooth process.
* Meet and exceed performance goals, including client engagement and satisfaction metrics (Metrics are heavily tracked).
* Stay organized and proactive, ensuring every client interaction is handled professionally and effectively.

**Requirements:**
* **Must have experience with Forth/Debt Pay Pro**
* **Must Debt Relief Sales Experience \- Top Performers Only**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls daily in a professional and effective manner.
* Highly organized and detail\-oriented, with strong time management skills.
* Comfortable using CRM tools to manage client interactions.
* Self\-motivated, results\-driven, and eager to succeed in a performance\-based environment.
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client success
