Stevens Auto Group — **Southern Connecticut’s largest and fastest\-growing dealership group** — is launching a major expansion with the rollout of our **new Ford Pro Commercial Division**. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a high\-impact commercial sales operation inside a rapidly scaling, well\-capitalized automotive group with aggressive growth plans for 2026 and beyond.

We are seeking a high\-energy, results\-driven **Commercial Sales Manager** capable of building a dominant presence in the regional commercial and fleet market. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the ability to shape a division from the ground up

Job Overview:

Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales of Super Duty trucks, Transits, Cutaways, Cab \& Chassis units, and all upfitted commercial vehicles.

You will also collaborate closely with our **Commercial Service Advisor** and **Commercial Parts Associate** to deliver a true end\-to\-end commercial client experience — something that sets Stevens Auto Group apart in the region.

Because our commercial clients often purchase personal vehicles as well, you will have the ability to sell from the full Ford lineup — Explorer, Bronco, Mach\-E, Mustang, Maverick, and more — along with products from our **Lincoln franchise**, including the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus, Motor Trend’s SUV of the Year.

This is a builder’s role within a dealership group that rewards performance and scale. High upside for the right candidate.

Pay: $80,402\.00 \- $220,163\.00 per year
