Do you have a strong business development and client relationship background? Can you manage clients deftly, building networks and managing sensitivities? Have you experience in a business\-to\-business environment, working with high profile stakeholders and on high value transactions?
We are representing a European law firm that specialises in intellectual property. The firm would like to recruit someone who can represent the firm effectively in the USA. You will have a profile and personality such that senior management of the firm will trust you to work with their clients and find new connections. You will have a good sense of what works in a professional environment, not only in respect to business development but also market positioning and campaign management. You will be able to advise attorneys on best strategy for the US market and work with them to further build the firm’s US reputation.
Candidates will have extensive experience in business\-to\-business client management, professional networking and business development. This is a remote role but you should be prepared to travel both domestically and internationally on occasion.
This position has four key priorities:
· Relationship Management and Development. Think of yourself as the US Ambassador of the firm – you will build new relationships with Partners of US law firms and introduce them to their European counterparts and you will liaise with existing clients of the firm and consolidate those networks.
· Prospecting. Research and seek out new opportunities for the firm to explore.
· Brand and Reputation Management. Advise the firm on appropriate marketing strategies for the US and work with them on developing campaigns.
· Business Development Consultancy. Working with European Partners, you will help them navigate cultural differences and strategies for success in the US market.
Pay: $150,000\.00 \- $200,000\.00 per year
