Account Executive – Hybrid (San Francisco)

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast\-growing B2B SaaS company that is transforming how software buyers and sellers transact through cloud marketplaces. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Account Executive** who wants more than just a traditional closing role. **About the Opportunity**
Our partner is building technology that simplifies complex B2B purchasing workflows, helping revenue teams sell more effectively through modern digital channels. Their platform supports enterprise\-grade transactions and integrations across major ecosystems, making them a key player in one of the fastest\-growing areas of SaaS.
With strong market traction, rapid growth, and a product solving real customer pain points, they are now expanding their sales team with a high\-performing Account Executive.
**What You’ll Do**
* Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through closed deal
* Manage both inbound and outbound opportunities across various customer profiles
* Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer needs and challenges
* Deliver clear and compelling product presentations tailored to each prospect
* Build strong relationships with decision\-makers and stakeholders
* Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth
* Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
* Contribute to sales process improvements, messaging, and playbook development
* Bring customer feedback into internal discussions to help shape strategy
**What We’re Looking For**
* 3\+ years of quota\-carrying SaaS sales experience
* Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Experience managing deals end\-to\-end in a fast\-paced sales environment
* Excellent discovery, communication, and consultative selling skills
* Ability to explain technical or complex workflows in simple terms
* Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
* Adaptable, curious, and eager to deeply understand product and market dynamics
* Collaborative team player who works well across functions
**Nice to Have**
* Experience in high\-growth or early\-stage SaaS environments
* Exposure to AI, cloud marketplaces, partner\-led sales, or complex procurement workflows
* Background selling into technical software companies such as infrastructure, platform, or DevOps
* Experience working closely with founders or lean leadership teams

**Location:** San Francisco, California
**Work Setup:** Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
**Employment Type:** Full\-time
**Compensation:** $220,000 to $260,000 OTE annually, depending on experience and overall fit
