Position Overview
OneSpan is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand key partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. This executive will play a critical role in strengthening OneSpan’s position across digital identity, cybersecurity, and secure digital agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute global business development and growth strategies.
* Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
* Build relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
* Lead strategic negotiations and complex commercial partnerships.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership on go\-to\-market initiatives.
* Build and manage a high\-performing business development team.
Qualifications
* 10\+ years of business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales experience.
* Proven success driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
* Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, digital identity, or enterprise technology preferred.
* Strong executive\-level communication, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
* Demonstrated experience leading teams and executing growth strategies.
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Pay: $225,000\.00 \- $286,000\.00 per year
