**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Business Development for our Radome Division. This leadership role is pivotal in driving growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships within the aerospace and defense sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful business strategies within the Defense sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future direction of our Radome Business.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue within the Radome Division.
* Own the full business development lifecycle — including opportunity identification, capture strategy, bid/no-bid decisions, and win strategy execution.
* Serve as primary customer interface for government and commercial clients.
* Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business deals aligned with company objectives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue DoD, Air Force, and other government opportunities.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the business development team to achieve departmental goals.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Strong background with government contracts and defense programs.
* Proven expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management.
* Strong understanding of aerospace, defense, or radome-related technologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
* Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth through innovative approaches.
