Sales Manager-Construction Staffing
**Solforce Solutions** is seeking a full\-time, Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and client acquisition through high\-level client engagement, data\-driven decision\-making, and cross\-functional collaboration. **This is a high\-income sales position, especially for top performers, with uncapped commissions.** We offer a base salary, paid medical, PTO, and 401K.
This role is pivotal in shaping business strategies that enhance client acquisition, retention, and revenue performance within the Greater Phoenix Market.
**Responsibilities Include**
* Developing and maintaining business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to maximize account performance.
* Promote and manage sales activity and pipeline
* Cultivate strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors
* Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize client conversion and penetration in market.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate client acquisition strategies.
**Job Requirements**

* Sales experience within the staffing or construction related industry is preferred.
* Sales experience in a B2B environment
* Proven work experience as a top\-tier sales professional focused on business development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
* Standard computer skills \- experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalents.
* Candidate must be local to greater Phoenix area.

Pay: $100,000\.00 \- $300,000\.00 per year
