**Vice President of Business Development (SALES Position) – Ediscovery**

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a results-driven **Sales oriented** Vice President of Business Development to drive new law firm and corporate legal department engagements. This role is central to expanding DCube’s market presence and the candidate will lead the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and solution scoping to closing and post-sale engagement, and revenue follow up. This will be a long-term relationship driven process
You will engage directly with Partners, CLO, General Counsel, Law firm support teams and technology partners to drive long term engagement. You will be supported by a team of experts in Relativity, Nuix, Cloud 9, Reveal and other technologies as well as home grown technology deployments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as a **trusted advisor** and **security advocate** for clients—**their protection is our mission**
* Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal development, and deal closure
* Engage with Partners, CLO, General Counsel, Law firm support teams
* Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to define optimal service offerings for each client
* Conduct compelling product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations
* Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and detailed security questionnaires
* Contribute to marketing efforts and thought leadership, including refining collateral and shaping messaging based on client feedback
* Drive cross-selling initiatives across DCube’s service lines
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM systems
* Manage client invoices, collections, and ongoing account relationships
* Stay up to date on security trends, technologies, and compliance standards
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* Minimum 5+ years of experience of litigation and ediscovery sales, solutions consulting
* Deep understanding of EDRM, FRCP and general ediscovery litigation process
* Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Familiarity with leading review platforms, Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, Nuix and others
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and lead enterprise sales cycles
* Bachelor’s degree
* Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
