**Duties**
* Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and integrations to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge
* Coordinate with manufacturers/vendors on pricing, specs, and lead times
* Quote products and freight, aggressively follow up on bids/opportunities
* Oversee orders from quote to delivery
* Build long\-term B2B customer relationships and grow accounts
* Engage with existing clients to expand account relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and generate new leads for business development.
* Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
* Maintain organized records in QuickBooks and internal systems.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B sales opportunities through warm calling, email outreach, and networking
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in industrial equipment sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* 3\+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
* Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling and effective communication.
* Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of industrial equipment/product sales
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
* Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.
* QuickBooks proficiency preferred
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
