Role Overview

If you have over five years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within consulting or professional services, we are interested in having you on our team. As a full\-cycle Account Executive, you will be responsible for both generating new business pipeline and closing opportunities for Olive \+ Goose’s business consulting services.

These services help organizations accelerate growth and execution across areas such as marketing and sales enablement, program and project management, learning and development, competitive analysis, and data\-driven tools and reporting.

In this role, you will own the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach through discovery, solutioning, proposal creation, and close. You will play a key role in building new client relationships while also helping shape sales strategies, campaigns, and messaging that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, research, and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and networking
* Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges and goals
* Recommend tailored consulting services and campaigns aligned to client needs
* Run pitch meetings and solution presentations
* Create Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and pricing structures
* Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close and early expansion
* Collaborate internally to develop messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems
* Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
* Ability to be on\-site as needed for client meetings in the greater Seattle area

Qualifications

* 5\+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, business development, or full\-cycle account executive roles for consulting and/or services\-focused offerings
* Experience generating your own pipeline through outbound efforts
* Experience selling to Microsoft and other Enterprise organizations
* Proven ability to close new business, ideally in consulting or professional services
* Strong relationship\-building and communication skills
* Experience leading client\-facing meetings, presentations, and pitches
* Ability to translate business challenges into strategic, consultative solutions
* Experience creating proposals, SOWs, and structured deals
* Highly motivated, self\-directed, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
