Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing
We are looking for a results\-driven Business Development Executive to manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. The role involves nurturing warm and hot leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into successful business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing or agency sales and be comfortable handling both domestic and international clients remotely.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound leads generated through performance marketing campaigns
* Qualify, nurture, and build relationships with potential clients
* Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
* Present suitable solutions based on client needs
* Prepare proposals and close deals effectively
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
* Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
* Ensure timely follow\-ups and consistent communication
* Track performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
**Requirements:**
* 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
* Experience in digital marketing, media, or advertising agency preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage inbound leads and convert them into sales
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
* Experience handling domestic and international clients is a plus
