**Sales Development Representative (Creative Division) – Commission\-Based \| High\-Ticket Creative Services**

If you know how to turn conversations into real revenue — not just book meetings — this role gives you direct upside on every deal you help create and close.

We are building a high\-performance sales team for our **Creative Division**, focused on delivering impactful, revenue\-driving solutions including **websites, branding, trade show materials, and marketing assets**. Backed by a full\-service technology organization with global delivery capabilities, you’ll have the ability to sell both **creative solutions and expand into larger digital and technology engagements**.

This is a **commission\-based, independent contractor role** designed for driven sales professionals who want flexibility, ownership, and uncapped earning potential.

**What You’ll Own**

* **Prospect \& Build Pipeline**
* Identify and engage U.S.\-based businesses needing creative and digital marketing support
* Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and networking
* Develop your own pipeline — this is not a lead\-only role
* **Run Discovery \& Close Business**
* Conduct discovery conversations to uncover branding, marketing, and growth needs
* Present tailored creative solutions (web, design, trade show, etc.)
* Own the full sales cycle: qualify, present, handle objections, and close
* **Deliver Value\-Driven Solutions**
* Position services based on ROI and business impact
* Translate creative work into measurable outcomes (lead generation, brand visibility, conversions)
* **Build \& Expand Accounts**
* Maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals
* Identify opportunities to expand into broader services (development, cloud, managed services)

**What You’re Selling**

* Website design \& development
* Branding \& visual identity
* Trade show materials \& sales collateral
* Digital marketing assets (landing pages, campaigns, content)

**Qualifications**

* Experience selling:
* Creative services, digital marketing, or agency offerings **(strongly preferred)**
* OR other high\-ticket services ($5K–$100K\+ deals)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to run discovery calls and manage objections
* Comfortable working independently and managing pipeline in CRM

**Compensation**

* **100% commission\-based (uncapped)**
* Typical deal sizes: **$5K – $50K\+**
* Commission: **10% – 15% per closed deal**
* Additional earning potential through:
* Repeat business and referrals
* Expansion into larger service engagements

**Example Earnings:**

* $10K deal → $1,000 – $1,500
* $30K deal → $3,000 – $4,500
* Multiple deals per month \= strong income potential
